• Submit false or misleading information regarding training credentials or organizational needs.
• Attempt to bypass or manipulate the platform's booking or payment systems.
• Distribute spam, malware, or any material that could harm the platform or its users.

3. Trainer & Organization Responsibilities

Trainers: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your profile, availability, and course content. You must deliver training services as described and agreed upon with the booking organization.

Organizations: You are responsible for providing accurate requirements and timely payments for booked services. You must ensure a suitable environment for training delivery, whether virtual or physical.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials provided by BookToGrow are our intellectual property. Trainers retain the intellectual property rights to their specific course materials unless otherwise agreed upon with the booking organization. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform content without explicit permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

BookToGrow acts as a facilitator. We do not guarantee the specific outcomes of any training session. In no event shall BookToGrow be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform or the training services provided.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BookToGrow is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
